We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure every musician finds the perfect sound with our smart amplifiers and software.

Initiate a Return

Visit our online Support Center and submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack Your Gear

Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; simply print it out and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
